Yesterday (23/2), Mano Erina officially graduated from Hello Project at her solo live concert - "Mano Erina Memorial Concert ‘OTOME LEGEND ~For the Best Friends'".
After joining Hello Project as a Kenshuusei in 2006, and becoming a part of sports-group "Ongaku Gatas"; Mano Erina eventually releasing her debut indie-single in 2008.
In 2009, she released an official debut single - "Otome no Inori" and this was also the first song on the setlist for her graduation concert - this must have been an emotional moment for her and her fans!
Video messages from Hello Project groups such as Morning Musume and Berryz Koubou were also played at the concert. C-ute leader - Yajima Maimi and Berryz member -Tsugunaga Momoko, also surprised Mano on stage with flowers and read a farewell letter to the soloist.
Having been the only soloist in Hello Project for quite some time, (about 4 years), Mano Erina has overcome many challenges, and grown from a cute girl who played the piano to a mature woman who has been successful in a musical and drama career - Let's wish her good luck on her next endeavours!
