Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has released a new single so it's time for a new review!
So I'll get straight to it. Upon first listening you definitely know whose tune this is. Kyary's style is very particular and they all tend to blend when you first listen. After a few listens, however you begin to see the intricate differences between each of her songs.

The video combines the usual video style of high visual costumes and props as well as touches of cgi effects that remind me of pop art. This is why Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's videos are always at the very least interesting to watch. You never know which direction the visuals will take, even if there is no obvious definitive story.
My own personal view on this video is 'wow' very visual, very interesting choreography even when everyone's sat at a table. I get the distinct feeling this is a sort of Queen of Diamonds theme. The costumes have distinct diamonds on them and Kyary has done a Queen of Hearts theme before as well. And the table setting almost appears to be a court. When they all get up from the table you can imagine the scene changes to a royal ball all centered on Kyary Pamyu Paymu.
The song itself is catchy, with a few twists and turns and the word I'd most use to describe it is 'upbeat'. The scores for the review are below as well as a link to the video if you want to check it out!
Music: 6/10
Costume: 8/10

OVERALL: 7.25/10
