Today I want to share the latest single from Japanese singer, Ray.
Ray (Nakayama Reika) originally hails from Hokkaido and got her start working as a gravure idol. After participating in a famous anime-song competition and releasing a few cover songs, Ray made her debut as a singer in 2012. Since then, she has released five major singles - all of which have been used as anime themes.
"ebb and flow" is Ray's fifth single and is being used in the popular anime "Nagi-Asu: A Lull in the Sea" - as expected, the new single has a beautiful watery, ocean-themed MV.
"ebb and flow" has a very soothing sound and Ray's delicate vocals really glow in this song. The single was released on the 5th February in Japan - you can check out the full MV for "ebb and flow" via Jpopsuki TV: http://www.jpopsuki.tv/video/Ray---ebb-and-flow/6af12e2e3798be180c071e86abdd7471
